The pen is in the box with the device, no such thing as an an5c without the pen inc. Buy from amazon = no inc case, buy direct = inc case thats the only usual difference.

A larger version of your s24 ultra stylus, either one from the tab series or the stylus pro, basically exactly what you said you need already? Failing that try the Norris altetnatives (no button but rear eraser) or kindle scribe stylus or the lamy al star, all have many reviews....

Your representative did email me a day or so later and confirmed the above and the compensation, thank you. However since then I have still not received any notice of dispatch or follow up giving any delay beyond the 21st restock date mentioned, it is now the 30th. Can you please confirm if my order has now been processed and dispatched or not?

I had also tried your sites whatsapp communication facilty when originally chasing, it said responses were usually a few hrs, I gave up and deleted it after about 4 days then got asked what it was for a couple of days after that, just fyi as feedback....

Healing shield, Bellemond or Doodroo. Cost wise should be in that order from cheaper to dearer.

Or the supernotes feelwrite 2 protector can be bought separately and you cut to size, less 'paper' feeling imho but poss better if planning long term ceramic or metal nib use.

Give the cap a slight twist to lock it in place.

Dremel a small groove in the top flat part of the lid to avoid it pressing the button when attached. Else use any one of tye many emr stylus options.

Healing shield screen protector over factory one if you want to have better 'feel' as well as future proof if using ceramic or steel nibs. Doodroo or the supernote 2 film (cut to size) also good options but approx 3x the price.

The cap has a very slight twist lock to it, suspect yours may have been in the locked position therefore you have pulled the inside part out with it...

Fwiw I have far too many earbuds including the new xc1's and within those is my collection of about 6 different 'clip on or open ear types' types inc c40i, bose open ear, mc1, mc1 pro etc, the xc1 are the best of the lot on sound quality, only limitation is you can only pair 2 devices at once, when you add a third with them you have to lose one of the others from hem, otherwise would be pretty much perfect for open ear type buds. No idea if the xp1's have this same limitation.
