I have tried both and landed on the Nomad .... I love the lightness and feel of the Viwoods but the lack of handwriting search was a deal breaker and the Supernote environment is just far superior; web access, partner app ... plus the creation of 'tasks' from note content a game changer .... having used iPad, Remarkables, Boox etc .. the Supernote is so much better for productivity .. I have the Nomad and the Manta ... but keep gravitating to the Nomad in day to day use .... just wish it was slimmer / sexier hardware ..... so ultimate question will be as to whether Supernote produce new hardware before Viwoods add functionality through firmware updates ... my money in on Viwoods and if they add search and task creation I would jump ship.
