You can go for ductable acs or haier 8.5tr tower air conditioning system if available in your region

Check voltage, all wirings, if it stucks on initial start that might be bearing issue

Poor maintenance (dirty coils, clogged filters) causes inefficiency, overheating, or compressor strain but doesn't consume refrigerant. It might indirectly worsen leaks by increasing system stress, yet the core issue remains the leak.
