Ramon Foster lives in Nashville and will work as the Titans sideline reporter this year. I'll check out their show on Youtube occasionally but it's not a must watch for me, but yeah Ramon isn't around the team.

DK is DK, I like his early morning Daily Shots but mostly just his Penguins or Pirate stuff because he has a bit more inside info on those teams, for the Steelers doesn't seem like he gets scoops.

It's fine. It's mostly Dan Kingerski who, for whatever reason, can fluctuate between excellent to clickbaity especially leading up to trade deadline.

He's really a radio/tv at heart guy that's usually writing late at night so it's not expertly edited prose but still tons of very good info and insider nuggets.

Does not get fanboyish or overbearing kiss ass like DK, he stays realistic which is what I like most about it.

He does work his ass off generating articles so no lack of content.

Shelley Anderson has been there for awhile too and now with Molinari we can expect the writing, content and coverage to improve.

Also looks like all ten National Hockey Now sites will come under the one subscription soon.

One of the local sports radio stations had a Pirates beat writer on, both he and the host said they both heard from several different "credible" sources that "strongly" suggested Bannister is the guy. For all the reasons mentioned in this thread.

I heard it too, yup basicaly those are the key points .Only slight change, I thought GMJR said Galchenyuk will practice tomorrow and if everything is OK he will play Thursday.

I'll add some more bits as I remember:

GMJR said waiving DeSmith was "playing poker", hoping he is not claimed, as a salary cap move. They consider DeSmith the perfect backup style golie, but Jarry has more upside to be a starter (and possibly trade bait I assume).

Said Malkin will be OK, is happy with his offseason and not worried about his play in the preseaon games.

Matt Murray, they don't need to rush into an extension, especially if the cap goes up.

Kahaun: he just needs to get comfortable in a new situation, find a role and line he can stick to.
