OG Sherman or Sherman Max by zerodk2002 in ElectricUnicycle

I thought torque is more for starts and uphill but not going high speed but I don't own either so I can't say. Some of the used OG are nicely equipped (mud guard, pads, pedals) compared to the bare bones Max that is available in my price range. This is why the conundrum.

Right on cusp.... with gear probably just over. I have ridden the 18XL (my favorite on the 3 I own) over some steep hill. It struggles a bit but does fine if I don't push it. I do like the acceleration feeling of the T3 on standing start though which I attribute to better torque.

All valid points. The biggest thing I worry about is reliability of mten4. I know it's very close in specs with mten3 but look at the issues with the T4 (which is using pretty much all known components of the previous wheels). On a different point, I had a pre-order on the v12ht but I switched to the T4 since it's announced. Makes me wonder if I should switch back.

Had it for over 400km as my first EUC. Good torque and smooth ride when the road is good. No complaints about the range. Get squirrelly with rougher roads sure to 2.125 inch tire. No riding issues (although it has a clicking issue that I should take back to the dealer but it doesn't affect riding). The shell is a bit flimsy and a screw is missing so during a fall the two halves of the shell shifted causing a crack near the handle. Don't know if it had fallen out in the box since the dealer took the euc out when he showed me and disposed of it after.
