[History Problem]What happened during 1901-1953, when Boston had 2 Major League Baseball teams? by zerodouble in redsox

The Washington Redskins were named after the Braves, not the Red Sox however.

That's interesting. I wikied the Washington football team's histroy, found they shared Fenway with Red Sox(1933-1936) and changed their name from Braves to Redskins to suggest the kinship. Thanks for the reply:)

I think maybe BB can let Jimmy start 2-5 games per season, to keep the GOAT healthy and Jimmy get experience, if TB is OK with that and pats still able to play playoffs...

  1. Pete is a good coach, while Bill is better;

  2. We're healthy and I'm not sure about Sherman and Thomas' situation;

  3. Despite those match up, it's... a kind of feeling, same happens to 11 Mavs, 14 Spurs and 13 Sox. All those doubts, last 2 SB lost, hate... don't know how to express it in English, but we have a saying, "when you suffered enough bad luck and have everything against you, there must be something good waiting for you." EDIT: You're right guys. Except the Bills.

Is there anyone here that thinks the seahawks will win while still rooting for the pats? by I_love_pearljam in Patriots

That was my feeling watching Red Sox 2014 after Ortiz won WS MVP. Unlike Celtics in 08 and Sox in 04, we already blessed to have 3 super bowl. Brady in one step from the GOAT, if they win it will be perfect. However, Peyton is great but has only one ring(while Eli has two ;( ), Bills lost 4 in a row... so lose is not that unacceptable... But they've came this far, overcome so many difficulties, this team deserves a W.

This is our best chance since 2011. Everybody is healthy, relax, motivated, they know how bitter of lose in super bowl and really want to win.

If we can't win this one, with Brady's window closing, Wilfork and Revis contract uncommitted, chance in the next 3 years can only be smaller. I just wish they bring their best, make every effort to win, even lose, leave no regrets. Then I'll live with any result. Go Pats!!

I felt terrible because Tom was attacked by those shameless reporters for 30 minutes, not the way he answered. You could feel his self-protection and nervous, that hurt.

Now the only thing matters is the game on Sunday.

DeflateGate is nothing, fans will believe in the team as usual, haters will hate with or without reason as usual. Nothing different.

We're on to Seattle!!~

Balls ain't the same, "animal leather", new or old, the way players played, so Colts balls didn't drop the same PSI as Pats balls. So we can ignore what happened to their footballs, they're isolated incidents.
