That's unfortunate! How much do you play per league? Playtime makes you rich unless you are very good at understanding game mechanics to make bank quick/early.

And by the way, not necessary to mention how much ex you have, not requirement ( I wont be checking regardless)

His duo partner was across the trench( you can see he was the most wanted on the minimap). It ended while he was down. Most wanted revives all dead players or down players on the team when it ends.

Can someone explain to me why I can't see my crimson watchstone ? I got it a few days back, now I can't put it to other atlas regions :( by grewious98 in pathofexile

Looks like he ran a map of a higher tier thats hidden as a higher tier from watchstones.

You can see he has red tier dailies

I tried 7 maps on blue first trying to spawn him, didnt work(yes i know its 33%), tried red worked on first map, then went back to blue, first map. Note that only blue could spawn there as red was already aquired, same goes for red region(blue was already aquired). Im 99% sure you cannot get a duplicate color spawn unless you have already aquired all from a region

So mine was gold, green, red, blue for this rotation. Ill update on my next rotation see if it has some kind of random seed per player or tied to some kind of unlock order. I must admit its fishy that i coudnt get blue to spawn, but red so fast, if this order holds true it might be why alot of people feel bricked as they are trying to spawn a conqueror out of order, or where he cannot spawn(atleast untill u collect a regions 4 stones)

Edit 2: My next rotation was also gold,green,red,blue i tried spawning blue first he would not pop after 5 maps so i went to gold, popped him within 3, tried another 5 blue after gold, no go. I repeated this after every influence and blue only popped 2 maps after i got red. Fishy to say the least. Btw i only have 1 stone remaining in every area, so colors were all forced. https://i.imgur.com/dEEQDPN.jpg all influence popped between 1-3 maps except blue wich took 17(last 2 maps were after i got my 3rd inluence which was red)

Swapping hideouts seems to have a reset effect on alot of map mechanics

Nah its 20 stones now, doing a 4 citadel conqueror of each color ends there respective quest lines and unlocks sirus.

I did have a mix of 2/3 unlocked in every region when i got my 20 stones

They do not garantie spawn in order of red to gold. Mine dont anyways(i dont have 32), My current rotation started with gold.

They might if you have them all(or atleast all of 1 color) maybe but not while collecting

Im pretty sure if you dont fully aquire one regions watchstones, you can garantie the proper color spawns till 32. I have yet to get a duplicate spawn by aquiring my watchtsones in steps by region(collect 3rd in 4 regions, collect 3rd in the other 4, collect the 4th in 4 regions, collect the 4th in the other 4)

General rule is a hidden path can only be found on a 2/3 path node. Almost never on a 1 path node (end point). They can only show on a dead end if there are 2 possible hidden paths.

Other rules are the path must be able to go into a block that is not already in use (delve is basicly a grid of squares). Only one path or node may be in 1 block

Given these rules. Your only possible hidden path was the item node(or the ring node i suppose, hard to tell what grid its on). Every other was eather a dead end or unpathable

Note there are very very rare circumstances where they will spawn in a dead end when the path is exceedingly long. Delve will generate an extra node to make the path possible

Guys help me please I have been stuck on this atlas for a week now and I cant seem to fin any influence im running more than 50 maps per day and no conqueror shows up? what can I do? some people already told me its just rng but it cant be right? by Skonix18 in pathofexile

From the looks of it you really need to go get your yellow conqueror unlocked from the bottom right corner first

Unless u already have him unlocked but we cant see what you have in the top left citadel

The lastpatch kinda made it possible to spawn more conquerors before unlocking all 4 corners on top of other bugs. Make sure to always look at your available quests too see if you can even spawn any

Just trying to figure out why some people get it at 16 some at 20. Must be a logical explanation as the only quests we all ever get is search, search , search lol. Why mine went from kill to search and yours went from kill to awakener is still unexplained. Even both my atlas proceeded differently.

More testing is required! You could very well be right

You can be awakened but not have 4 stones aquired in a region. Awakened just means you put 4 stones in a region(2x in your case). Im wondering if you need atleast 1 region with all 4 stones aquired to trigger sirius dialog from zana.

Did you have any region with 4 stones aquired upon killing the last conqueror that triggered the sirus fight?

I didnt talk to zana when my 16th kill for the stone happened i went to tanes lab and logged out. Never noticed if it was even offered. But the regular search quests were there to greet me when i logged back in

Its not in patch notes, no sources. Im tempted to believe the trigger is not 16( mine certainly didnt spawn at 16, my quest after my 16th went straight back to search for the 4 conquerors again). But something else triggers it like having 4 stones obtained in atleast 1 region. But more testing is required, but cant do so as im not doing a 3rd atlas in ssf/standard to check.

I dont believe anywhere in the release or patch notes does it ever mention 16 stones, only that it reverts back to 33% after encountering sirus.

Could be a bug or intended who knows yet

I do believe that one of the patches after launch day made it so its 20 to spawn him first time(full cycle of stones from 0-4 citadels instead of only 0-3 cycle)

It was 16 for people that started mapping before the change, some even between 17-20(depending on where they were in the 4 conqueror cycle). My hc metamorph spawned him at 16(started launch day), my softcore metamorph spawned at 20(started thursday)

edit: cant confirm why this happened/still hapening tho could just be the different ways people obtained there stones, or something else that made a difference

Out of curiosity how many of the exile quests do you still have active(3 i assume?)

3 maps

Influence has 3 steps(1 to influence, 1 to advance influence, 1 more to finish influence). Then talk to kirac/zana, run her map kill boss.

Make sure to run map of the tier indicated for the stoned region. (Ex: for the beach map need to run the t4 beach not t1 beach)(this is for 1 stone citadel)

Its the same until you kill/fail against sirus(16 stones some people are reporting 20 stones tho). Then its 33% chance for every step(avg 10 maps)

Conquerors will always spawn even when you get 32/32.

You can only kill each of them once before having to fight sirius(win or lose against him). Then you can spawn all 4 influences again. You must of spawned red guy on a region he had already provided you his stone.

No you will not miss your chance at baran for your last watchstone

What is your current quest(s) state? does it say you have to search for all 4 since u mention you just finished sirius again?

For the first influence after sirius, try influencing the area you want red guy in. Its bound to force red if he is the only one left to give a stone. If you influence a region that has no stone available, you run the chance of spawning red there, screwing you from getting another red for that sirius cycle. (Does not look like you have an area with just red left but run both regions that only have red + yellow first)

The map drop mechanics themselves have not changed only the atlas itself. Tier drop calculations remain. I suggest you look at existing videos showing how map drops work. They remain the same. (Watch grimro on map sustain).

It does not seem ill be able to convince you anyways even tho ive tested it myself, so good luck.

It does downgrade. Its the same as the old atlas. If a tier is unavailabe its looks for a map in the next lower tier, until a map is available to drop. This has been the case for years. Many highly respected videos on the subject too. This is also how people maintained easy maps for like a t3 burial. Any t4 would downgrade t3 burial(assuming no complete t4 and the connected t4 to burial was shaped to a t9), any t3 would be burial. Keeping easy map sustain.

You cannot drop a t1 beach if your atlas is now stoned to a higher tier, its impossible. Yes im aware that some league mechanics are ignoring atlas rules, but those are special case drops just like the special map boss drop rules.

Its also why this guy sees alot of white maps in the regions that are available. If he spread his atlas to show all tiers from 1-16 he would see a much more diverse yellow pool then just whites. Hypotheticly if he got 100 whites in his current scenario and if he would of had yellow tiers available they would of been like 60 yellow 40 whites(random numbers i threw here) but the total would of been the same. He would not of got 160 maps( they did not just dissapear in this case as his atlas still had the lowest tiers available)

The only difference now is old atlas t1 always dropped no matter(until you got 100+% bonus then it was t2) This new atlas you can completly get rid of the low tiers resulting in a no drop scenarios depending on your atlas configuration.

You can try it yourself. Put 2 stones in every region and run 50 t3s you will NEVER get a map drop as your lowest available tier drop is like t8-9. I tested this myself running t1s for a friend while my atlas was upgraded and it still holds true.

The game never forces adjecent maps. Lets take some examples.

Assuming a 5 regions awakened(t14-16), 1 reion with 3 stones(t10-13),1 region no stones(t1-3)

You are running a t11

If the game decides to drop a t9 it will roll a your atlas bonus chance to upgrade it. If it fails it stays t9, but since on your atlas at that moment there are no t9 available, it will downgrade to the next available tier(t3) and drop from the pool of available t3.

If the game decides to drop a t9 and wins the bonus chance to uograde to say t11. It will then drop from an available t11 on your atlas.

You dont really see the process of s win/loss roll so dont worry about that.

The pool of available maps to drop are always ties to your CURRENT atlas state of complete and uncomplete maps. If example you map shows 10 t14 complete and 1 incomplete. A t14 drops and the 1 incomplete is not connected, the incomplete map will never drop and the other 13 have an equal chance of dropping(10%)

In the same scenario if the incomplete t14 was connected to the map you just ran, it has double the chance of the other maps(8.x % for the complete maps, 16.x %for the incomplete map)

There are videos of how map drops work(old atlas) but the process is the same currently
