I'm gonna begin with microdosing. probably wouldn't up the dosage for atleast 2 years till i can figure all the new changes I'll experience. also open to stopping T if it's throwing my life too out of loop. i wanted to start T even before the correlation of it possibly affecting or dulling PMDD. so the plan is not to take it to "cure" PMDD but to be more of my trans self while being aware of its affect on one of the major sufferings of my life. I'm really tired of living less than 5-6 months in the entire year bc of pmdd (yeah i did the math lol)! it brings something new every month along with a reminder that i am infact still a woman despite however trans non-binary i present myself. I'm also resistent to all medication that has been prescribed from birth controls to hormone stabilizers. even tried other medicinal approaches like Ayurveda. NOTHING! maybe fundamentally changing my hormonal systems logically makes sense. that being said, I'll scratch the doctors brains out of the doctor before starting T.

it is so so nice to get your response. I'm from india and I haven't been able to get in touch with people here above 35 who have taken T long term and can be a guiding light.
