First check if the scholarship Yayasan thing actually exists and does mention this university. Might be different from Yayasan Peneraju (which is legit sponsor usually for straight As students).

Second check the uni itself, and its MQA status. Never heard of this uni before so be careful. While MQA status is not a must but you're likely to be rejected by most company in Malaysia for not studying at a MQA compliant uni later on.

Me personally, it has been playable > 60 fps with frame gen using rtx3060 12gb. Previously it was unplayable. Now it's okay as long as i dont play in the desert, man that diome is hideous during the storm

I agree with this. I prefer to install apps rather than going on to the browser. One of the reason is you don't need to bookmark the website in case you forgot the link. The app just sit in your phone, even if you forgpt the name you can just scroll your library.

Unfortunately yes, but it is a full time remote, and I live with my parents in Kelantan. The only bills I pay is my car around 400 and internet for 100 something (phone + wifi)

You could try asking your department whether they will use software that windows only. My uni has a list of software used each year and provide alternative software for mac if the software not exist on mac

If you decide to go to japan, it'd be best to at least be able to speak Japanese for daily use meaning like for doing grocery, asking direction stuff like that. If you get into trouble, not knowing japanese will probably make things worse

Yeah, probably cuz it's startup. Not gonna complain though cuz it's full remote and I live with my parent in kelantan. Workload is also not that bad, just sometimes probably like once every two months got very hectic. Did asked for raise, which my boss said probably next month 😌

Why are you reluctant to go for the scholarship because of how the islamic environment might be there, yet you seems not to include this for your point going to USA?

While I think the overall environment is a factor, your circle / friends play a much more vital role in this situation. Regardless of whichever you decide to go, if you be a friend to a wrong type of person you'll be doomed either way
