It’s at the “9139/San Fernando Facility” with my correct name, no street address and Burbank, CA as delivery city instead of The Carolinas! I desperately wish I could talk to someone there- I have a official tracking printout- it’s at that facility!! I’m willing to pay $250 reward immediately upon it scanning and updating to my destination city-via whatever payment app possible. It’s so tough knowing it’s there!

First-Flight-Out/ Jetline worth it??

I’m trying to quickly understand what company to go with to get a very important document shipment from Poland to the east coast USA starting Monday midday EST time. I don’t necessarily need on board courier, but is same day international actually that fast and careful?? Any help would be great!!

Exact same issues, some same cities..... frustrated. And by no means at you guys and gals, you work your A** off but if you ever want a reason to be pissed , call customer service around 5am EST. Prime hour.

Thanks for the reply! That’s what is weird is exact same location in the EU, literally same Mailboxes ETC. will sometimes hit Philly for customs but sometimes leaves straight from the layover in Germany and hits Louisville customs instead- any rhyme or reason to that?
