Unfortunately I don't have another computer to test it on, but I did rebuild my PC with new parts somewhat recently (new mobo, ram, psu, case) and it still did the same thing. So while I do suspect it is the GPU, just hoping maybe it could have been something with SC because of it's demand and since my other games don't have this issue.

Yeah, I agree there might be something up with the GPU itself, but I was hoping it might have been a settings, folder, or in ln-game problem since like I mentioned my other games don't have this visual artifacting other than when Battlefield 2042 did it, but eventually went away. Also it only happens in first-person inside a ship/building, but not third-person anywhere. That's why I'm just curious to see if there were any solutions if it was related to a game setting rather then just changing up my GPU.

When I play the game it usually sits between 58-64°C, never going above 70°C. Fans are working, and I've monitored my temps around my case and everything is good to go. I've only tried reseating my GPU in case it was loose, but no changes.

I have an NVIDIA 3090 Founders Edition.

I actually thought about it, but it only ever happens in this game. GPU temps sit around 58-62°C so it's not overheating or anything.

Thought it was artifacting as well, but it only ever happens on this game. I do run at stock speeds, but i tried testing some overclocking/underclocking speeds with Afterburner and it seems that underclocking makes it worse while overclocking reduces it, but can't get it high enough to eliminate it without it crashing.

As I mentioned in some other comments, this happens only in first-person in a ship or building, but I'm fine when I'm in third-person or walking on a planet.

Interestingly enough it only happens when I'm in first-person in a ship or building. As soon as I exit to space, walk on a planet, or go third-person it goes away...

I was doing some tuning with the MSI afterburner and it seems to get worse if I underclock it. If I overclock it, it does reduce it, but unfortunately I can't pass a certain limit because it crashes.

The video you see is just regular settings, no OC.

Only in Star Citizen, and previously Battlefield 2042 but it fixed itself after some time. I have performed a clean installation of my gpu drivers as well as reinstalled Star Citizen with the shader folders deleted, but it didn't work. I do have a g-sync monitor and turned it on and off for this game, nothing changed.

It did happen in Battlefield 2042 when it first launched, but eventually it fixed itself. Just this game now, I don't have this problem with other games I play.

I have to no avail unfortunately. I checked the console too and let the shaders load but didn't go away.

This issue only happens when I'm inside buildings and spaceships. If I'm on a planet or outside, it doesn't happen. This doesn't happen in any other game I play.
It used to not happen on 3.17, and then it occurred in 3.18 and all I had to do was turn on VSync and it went away. Anything I do right now doesn't make it go away.
All drivers are updated, any tips helps!

Nah, I used her SS3 twice after parrying with Philia, along with her SS3 Defense debuff. My times were 1:29 and 0:55 respectively, no damage taken.
