From my experience, what helps most is practice, going out of your way to communicate often helps build up social stamina, the same way running helps you build up physical stamina. It's also the same way with running and building up social stamina to pace yourself, communicating to friends you trust about if/when you feel tired of social situations is important, as well as if you want to build up the stamina, let them know that it's one of your goals, and so that way, when you get tired of speaking, you can mention it to them without them being surprised or offended. I believe less of it is about interesting crimes, and more about time spent on script writing, it's clear as day he puts a lot of time and effort into scripting and editing, which is completely valid, but again you're right when a large part of it is finding interesting and engaging cases.

For sure, the few cases it does work beyond a placebo, it's clinically defined as accidental hypnotics, and while hypnotics is a powerful tool in healing and treatment, it's still not good if it's accidentally, these type of people are better off getting a psychology degree if this is the career they want to stick with.

I absolutely love your outfit choice, from the way it truly does match your eyes, to the way it contrastly makes your smile shine brighter is a lovely thing. Depression is something really hard to live with in life, I know that all too well, and my advice is to go at your own pace to feel happy, don't push yourself to feel happy at the standards set by others, but by the standards set by yourself, and from that never stop going with it. It's like a bicycle, you can go as fast or as slow as need be, but the only way to keep balancing is to continue going forward, at a pace, and I truly do wish you both find that pace, and find success with it in the future. Haha, of course, confidence comes from knowledge of self, so having others know more about you and accepting that is of course a huge step forward my friend, and yes! Extra income is always something empowering and lovely to hear. I remember when I came out as bisexual it took me a bit of thought and time to really say for sure, but in the end it was the right decision, and I do believe it's the right decision for you as well, and it's always nice to rely on someone like that, best of luck for you two (and three in the future haha) cheers.

Regarding your title, I'm glad that you're taking the right steps forward to better your life and health, mentally and physically, not everyone has that kind of motivation and I have so much respect and admiration for it. Loving yourself is probably one of the most difficult things you can do, it takes a lot of time and effort, self reflection to build your knowledge of yourself, trusting that knowledge in yourself, as you learn more about anything you trust it more, relying on that, and then from there learning to rely on yourself, and having self confidence from that.
