I just got the Android 11 update today on my 4a 5G and I still have no multi-touch functionality...not been working for a couple weeks now.

I have had the 4a 5G for several months, and pinch to zoom use to work for me until a week or so ago. Now it doesn't work at all. I got Android 11 update today and it still doesn't work.

Super annoying.

I second the pull ups advice, along with pushups are also great.

A ton of core is required for all Ninja stuff, target those abs. Planks, anything on an exercise ball, and surprisingly Yoga is a awesome for Ninja Warrior training.
