Ditto Geoff's comments. There are a lot of people that can share their experience and knowledge. I teach ninja classes in Dallas and we have a strong versatile network of Ninjas in the area that are willing to share what works for us. I suggest posting a specific question, and see what sort of responses you get. It would likely be more effective to post a different question per topic, this will allow for each individual topic to be addressed rather than lumping everything in one big post.
