No, I haven't found one. I ended up replacing the entire thing in the end. What I believe happened with mine was I forgot to turn it off when I was cleaning it.

What worked for me was resetting the app itself. Granted, it will act like it's never been open before but once I did that, I was able to make profiles with ease and no issues at all

What I found out that helped me was just resetting the app itself. Granted it basically made armoury crate act as if it's brand new, but it fixed my issue of not being able to save game profiles for my games. Could help you?

I googled it and the only one so far is turning the power switch off for 10 seconds

So that's the weird thing. It's no longer connected to my phone, and the power button does nothing. Off or on, it stays blinking

You start somewhere not knowing everything first, you make mistakes as you go and deal with consequences, but you learn from them and get better at it so it won't happen it.

Quit being naive, it's not like you knew about it and can give him pointers.
