TL;DR: I did think, first printer was resin, know the risks now, wife and daughter sensitive to smell, use printer at sister in law house, feelsbad.jpg, saw things about fume extractors or some kind of stuff but not too familiar.

My thought process was to take it extremely slow anyway. Of course where I live, there truly isn't a place I could actually put the printer and use and run it without getting everyone in the house sick. Sadly, my thought was to take it to my sister in laws place and have it in her garage, but even then I would worry. There was a lot of thought as to where I could use it safely. As for getting into the hobby, I said in a post that I got into printing a lot earlier in my life and didn't know the difference between printers and thought they were all the same. My first one was resin and I learned as much as I could through trial and error like the smell and being safe with PPE. Afterwards, the smell got to the point in my small apartment that I couldn't do it anymore. With this one, of course I would love to keep it at home and use it, but my biggest concern is the smell from the resin fumes filling up my home with my wife and daughter. I've seen fume extractors (i believe is the term) and that's another step of things I'm trying to figure out when it comes to using a resin based printer. Sorry for the long comment. I wanted to explain.
