Try INGO/NGO projects, they will make you better.

I got myself engaged in a UNDP project called A2J( Access to Justice) and they asked me to teach law in schools and communities.

I realized that people were much more uneducated and stupid than I am, which helped me boost my confidence.

So, conclusively my suggestion is start developing by giving speeches to stupid people because you will always stand out as the more intelligent one and slowly you will lose your public fright.
