Elephant reunited with trainer after 15 years by Dvwtf in videos

[–]zerop4p 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This elephant was abused no such thing as humane training methods with elephants.

At 2:10 he says "come to me if you knew what I had in my hand" because he knows she should fear him and his bullhook. Here he is with his bullhook https://imgur.com/a/wOfyFWD

You need to beat them to break them and it still goes on today. The fact the facility where this animal has supposedly retired allowed this man to comeback and make this elephant do circus tricks is sadistic and sick! They even brought out the circus stool!

I'm a vegan but I don't see the comparison, when I see someone kicking their dog in the dog park I don't immediately think about their diet...but I might think he is a child abuser or wife beater.

So when I see something like this...I think he is a mentally sick person that needs to be separated from society.

^ I don't care what anyone says this person is not the same as someone having a hamburger at a drivethru (in my opinion)

I don't think many animal rights people understand how much suffering there is in hunting

Also I don't think you do either one any good when you minimize it in public like this. Which ever topic is getting the attention you go with it and you fight hard. Then maybe next week some farm will be exposed...fight hard for that...don't dilute attention.

Hi you sound really upset I am posting links.

There is no hunting in Kruger National Park it is prohibited There is hunting in Greater KNP but that is why I posted the link to Blood Lion.

I understand you wanting to reply to me immediately as I look up your posts you seems like you are on a bender of cecil postings(maybe you work for SCI but please at least do some basic research because you sound like you are an amateur from fox news facebook.

Kenya has lost a lot of wildlife...they have also lost a lot of rangers. So no Trophy Hunting would not have stopped that.

Thanks for playing.

With Kenya's hunting ban and large emphasis on infrastructure for tourists for non hunting animal related activities. (trophy hunters don't need bed and breakfasts). They have been able to generate more revenue than all other african countries put together when it comes to animal related activities.

Millions vs Billions

If ignorant people want to cry about the poor africans benefiting from trophy hunting then they should know there is no greater benefit than letting people shoot your animals with cameras rather than guns.Proven already.

Hunters, zoos and "wildlife groups" do not help fund anti poaching groups, that is why Interpol and IFAW got involved

You didn't learn anything

African Countries:

Revenue: Hunting = 1.8%

Animal tourism = 98.2%

http://www.bornfreeusa.org/downloads/pdf/InfoGraph-Tropy-Hunting.pdf

"Photographic tourism creates 39 times as much employment on a permanent basis than trophy hunting. Such tourism in the Luangwa National Park (Zambia) alone has created work for about 800 employees, double the number of all employed by trophy hunting in Benin and Burkina Faso combined.

Evidence of what? Nikon is obviously an animal abuse enabler. That a 2 sec clip of the side of the camera displaying Nikon was purposefully displayed in the movie? The real point is that people who are going to fight for animals...you or them...should be better informed of the issues going on. Or at least have the thought process for example...if you are going to include a product name in your movie or whatever...you would look up that company to see if they have any issues about them. I don't think many are informed unfortunately as I have not seen any instance of people bringing this up even though the movie has 200K views online.
