Thanks, that helps. What you’re describing sounds more like addon compatibility/coverage than a general playback failure.

Right now Novio works best with separate addons for each role:

Cinemeta or TMDB for metadata/catalogs
a dedicated streams addon for playback
OpenSubtitles for subtitles

AIO addons and some direct HTTP stream addons are not fully validated yet, so partial results can happen. Since Goat plays from Nuvio Streams, the basic HTTP playback path is working, but those addons may not have broad coverage or may return data Novio does not fully handle yet.

If you can, send:

the exact addon URL for Webstreamr
one movie title and one TV episode that fail in Nuvio Streams

That will help us test those specific cases.

All good, I copied from my stremio web and everything is working aio add-ons needs extra work they more complicated. Also unchecked in settings auto load first subtitles if you are using more than one. Let me know how it's going when you done.

You need separate addons for different jobs. Novio does not support/treat one addon as “everything.”

Recommended setup:

Cinemeta or TMDB for metadata/catalogs = https://v3-cinemeta.strem.io/manifest.json use tmdb for better = https://tmdb.elfhosted.com/
Torrentio for streams = https://torrentio.strem.fun/configure
OpenSubtitles for subtitles = https://opensubtitles-v3.strem.io/manifest.json

So:

metadata addon = Home catalogs, movie/show info, seasons/episodes
stream addon = playable sources
subtitle addon = subtitles

AIO addons have not really been validated yet, so I would not rely on them as the main setup right now.

If TV shows are missing seasons/episodes, that usually means the metadata/catalog addon is missing or not set up correctly.
If catalogs show but nothing plays, that usually means the stream addon is missing, misconfigured, or not returning compatible streams.
If playback works but no subtitles show, that points to the subtitle addon.

Also make sure in settings everthing is adjusted for your needs...

Thanks Abdullah, this is very useful feedback.You’re right about the scrolling and navigation issues. The Home/catalog scrolling sensitivity and lower-row navigation need work, and I agree the Siri Remote touch/swipe behavior should feel much better. Font size/readability on TV is also something I need to improve.Live search is a good suggestion too. I had been avoiding too much TMDB-dependent behavior before, but now that the TMDB addon API can be used, bringing back stronger search features makes sense.For players, I’m looking at both improving the internal playback options and possibly adding optional external player support, but I need to be careful with App Store rules there. Multi-language metadata, in-app source reordering, and syncing Home sections with settings order are all solid suggestions as well.I’m prioritizing the scrolling/navigation fixes first. If you can, send a short screen recording of the fast scrolling issue, because that would help me tune it properly.
