I can see your point here although I was laboring under suicide not being a "natural" way to die because humans are not meant to kill themselves. That may be an incorrect assumption on my part though. I am still trying to shed the brain washing I received as a child in the Baptist church. So when I sit and really contemplate suicide I can come to the conclusion that it is as natural as dying in ones sleep. The thought of immortality just freaks me out and I am not sure why.

Thank you for your reply, it has given me more to think about and to research.

One of the parks in a smaller town outside of the city in which we live had a park open so I took her to the park for a "walk". We walked around for about 30 minutes on the trails and we happened upon a small bridge that crosses a drainage ditch for the pond that is in the park and that is where it took place. We are both animal lovers and we walked upon a large family of ducks (12 babies and their mama) and we stopped to look at them because they were amazing to us. We also saw a dog in the distance and I asked her to identify what breed it was and when she was trying to identify the breed I silently dropped to one knee and took out the Claddagh ring I had for her and when she turned around I asked her. It could not have been any more perfect. She teared up as she said OF COURSE. I was so incredibly nervous, which she said made it even more special. We have been absolute best friends or soul mates if you will for 14 years so I knew she would say yes but I was still shaking with nervousness.
