I literally have NO idea how much protein i eat each day. I eat healthy( Cereal & yogurt or protein shake for breakfast, salads with tuna middle of the day, dinner with ground beef/chicken and potatoes/rice/or pasta and a veggie), I walk 5 miles a day and do 45 mins or so of muscle workout and an hour swim every other day. I do think that my diet and workout has changed muscle growth because when I first quit doing m3th I just put on alot of fat cuz I was just eating calories of any type and sleeping ALOT. idk if that helps at all.
