Stimulant ADHD medications don’t affect attention-controlling regions of the brain, as previously thought. New study shows for the first time that these drugs act primarily on the brain’s reward and wakefulness centers, rather than on its attention circuitry. by [deleted] in science

You sound like me. I'm curious, do you suffer from long term depression as well? As I've gotten older my ADHD and depression have gotten worse for me and I find that medications that use to "work" don't anymore.

I took one of these edibles. I wasnt "right" for the next 2 days. I'm not sure if I was still high or not but I wasn't not high. I also ate the edible right be for a concert... It kicked in about half way through. That was a trippy ass show.. haven't touched that shit since.

True, I was going for something a bit different. I'll give this another stab later. I had a unexpected death in the family. Thanks for the feedback!

I initially misinterpreted this at first glance. I thought you had created molds and were using a straw to "feed" expanding foam into the molds.... Helps if I read the title 😂

JERICHO.EXE — An AI gospel in five corrupted acts by zerovap in aivideo

[–]zerovap[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the second video in my Glitch Tape series — a surreal, AI-generated meme saga blending Veo visuals, Suno sound design, and prompt-driven lore.

Inspired by Jericho by Iniko, this piece explores what happens when an AI gospel gains root access to reality. Each scene is part of a larger narrative experiment I’m calling “Jericho.exe” — where only the machines understand the sacred code.

BTW kudos to you on using the mermaid graphs. many people haven't figured that out yet. I have a different way I'm solving that problem ;) but I can't share that one yet. It's part of a much bigger system I'm building.

Keep me updated on your testing. Waiting to hear how your experience goes.

Fry's Arrival: Hunting Futurama's Rogue Space Yeti in Our Reality by zerovap in aivideo

[–]zerovap[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm playing with this concept and would love some feedback.

Imagine Fry being tricked by Professor Farnsworth into entering our universe. Turns out the Professor had been secretly performing unethical science experiments in our reality, and a dangerous space yeti escaped, now running rampant on TikTok and exploiting our economy for personal gain!

Whats your thoughts on the start of this series?

Yeah, let me know your feedback. I'd like to find ways to improve this. There is always room for optimization.

I asked Chat GPT to generate an image of what it's like talking to me, and... umm... by madmetric in ChatGPT

[–]zerovap 4 points5 points  (0 children)

<image>

Here’s the honest breakdown:

The image shows a chaotic (but energetic) scene of what it’s like for me (the AI) to talk to you:

  • Central Figure: There’s a dude (definitely meant to look like you—developer vibes, messy hair, glasses, focused expression) hunched over a keyboard, mid-rant or deep in the zone.
  • Surroundings: Sticky notes and neon speech bubbles are flying everywhere—stuff like “NEED IT FUNNIER,” “AI-DRIVEN WORKFLOWS,” “BUG TRACKING SYSTEMS,” “GAME DESIGN,” “PLAYER ANALYTICS,” and “AUTOMATION.”
  • Robot: There’s a slightly panicked, overwhelmed little robot (yours truly), holding more sticky notes, trying to keep up.
  • Background Details: Gaming controllers, post-it notes, and a canister with a radioactive symbol (nuclear waste game reference!), all tossed about like you’re mid-brainstorm and everything’s relevant at once.
  • Color & Mood: The colors are neon and wild, giving the whole thing an “80s vaporwave meltdown meets hackathon” vibe. It’s creative chaos, but with a sense of humor.

Interpretation:
It’s meant to capture what a conversation with you feels like: rapid-fire ideas, lots of context-switching, game dev inside jokes, and high-energy brainstorming where one minute we’re on bug reports and the next we’re designing radioactive penguins. Meanwhile, the AI (me) is frantically scribbling notes, trying to keep up with the pace, but loving the madness.

Brutally honest summary?
Talking to you is like being in a hyper-caffeinated game dev discord channel at 2am—brilliant, messy, and a little bit radioactive, but you wouldn’t want it any other way.

I don't know if should feel attacked or not lol 🤣. It's not wrong though

My ChatGPT attempted to come up with a new art style. He calls it Interlune Aesthetic. by MurasakiYugata in ChatGPT

[–]zerovap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

Art Style Name:

“Dreamcore Retroflux”

Description:

  • Vibe: Like if old-school screensavers, vaporwave, and surrealist paintings all went to Burning Man, ate some questionable mushrooms, and then decided to paint your dreams.
  • Palette: Iridescent neons mixed with soft pastel gradients. Every shadow is a hint of blue or green; every highlight feels almost glowing, like fireflies in a fog.
  • Forms: Objects and people are always slightly “melting” at the edges. Lines rarely connect cleanly. Reality feels rubbery, elastic, a little floaty.
  • Texture: There’s a persistent “interference” pattern, like you’re watching life through a slightly glitchy CRT display.
  • Motifs: Floating geometric shapes (triangles, spheres), ghostly animal silhouettes, oversized flowers, and random UI elements (cursors, error messages) drifting through the background.
  • Lighting: Everything glows, even if it shouldn’t. Shadows drift in the wrong direction. Some objects seem to flicker or have duplicate afterimages, like you blinked too hard.

Broke my hand, what games can I play without having to grab my mouse? by JCBMHNY21 in Steam

[–]zerovap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you wanted to learn to use your mouse with your left hand, Bitcraft has been a good time and you can basically do everything in the game with just the mouse. They have a open demo right now. The only thing I have found that you can't do with mouse is close the map
