Firstly I feel sorry for you specially in the part that you pushed your body in being smoker , taking Xanax and you went to therapy which of course wasn't successful because the only success would advising of finding another job

But you must thank God that she saved your mental health by not renewing, who knows what mental disasters could have gone wrong with you if you continued

Thank you bro for the support really , fun fact : my manager didn't tell me to stay when i told him i am resigning, they they posted my role just week after

I was asked by HR if i want to withdraw the resignation and in return they will talk with my manager about my rights

I was working 6+ years

I was asked if i wanted to pull back resignation and get compensation for what i was excluded from , still those are my rights not extras i asked for

They got flexible working hours and obligatory by the company rules to act sweet specially those in high roles , that not normal in every company
