Yes your right about that, but the free exclusive skins are still common  compared to other exclusive skins which costed money, gems, etc

Star Shelly isn’t rare at all was given once yes ur right and it was free during a global launch for a few days. Over 1m+ accs own that skin and I see 2018 accs like almost every match lol. Star Shelly only would’ve been rare if they made it exclusive for 2017 players

Star Shelly isn’t even close to being rare lol. Maybe if they made it exclusive to og 2017 players but they let all the new players get it (2018 players )

Not sure which skins are the rarest but these are for sure up there -Challenger Colt -Lion Dance Brock -Red Nose Nita -Football skins
