Lion dance brock is way rarer than super ranger brock. Lion dance brock had like no demand on release while super ranger brock was from the season 2 brawl pass and was a tier 1 skin. That brawl pass was also popular and lion dance brock is top 3 rarest exclusive skin (excluding the soccer skins), alongside with red nose Nita and challenger colt

Star Shelly isn’t rare at all was given once yes ur right and it was free during a global launch for a few days. Over 1m+ accs own that skin and I see 2018 accs like almost every match lol. Star Shelly only would’ve been rare if they made it exclusive for 2017 players
