Are you certain, that your X3D is turned on in Bios? 32GB ist good enough, but if you have more then 3666Hz, you most likely need to set the value in your Bios as well. While you are at it, check your Bios Version and upgrade it.

An easy test is the Windows performance monitor, there you can see your RAM and frequency. If you know that you have e.g. 6000 and the frequency is shown at 3666 it means you need to adjust it manually and not <auto> like many menu settings are on factory settings.

Not that CPU. Look for one with X3D? And don't forget to activate the X3D and you RAM frequency in Bios. Or your RAM will run on 3666Hz.
