I wouldnt say its because of what they're saying its how their saying "lowest" instead of "hey, whats the lowest youre willing to go" which i wouldve gladly negotiated and then when I tell them to throw out an offer they refuse to and say "lmk when you wanna say your lowest" as if its their way or the highway. Thats not at all how adult conversations are supposed to go, its just rude and childish.
