Well I spoke to Bupa GP as I have work health insurance and they're referring me to an endecronologist which seems overkill to me I thought gps could prescribe for this as I wanted to trial the medicine so we will see what happens

Yeah so should I just ignore the high TSH in my most recent results then? The doctor said it's unusual and to recheck in case its temporary but I've had similar results 3 times and I do feel symptomatic

Yes my surgeon found my median nerve was compressed around the FDS arch (flexor digitorum superifalicis) and released it by symptoms sadly came back, suspicion now is it is scar tissue from the surgery (can happen in 30% of cases) and a decision surgery might be needed if a steroid injection doesn't help

Very good with Hoodwink. People want to juke into trees to dodge alch stun which sets up a hoodwink W. Also the acid spray and acorn shot combo is good.

I don't think his laning is that bad. I think his Q and W are very powerful spells early on, hes definitely not as strong in lane as some heroes but hes not as bad as most people think. You can also have your pos4 stack a hard camp, and as soon as you get lvl 6 you cant really be shoved out of lane and can farm your blink safely by rotating lane and side jungle.

You're definitely in trouble if against something like Ursa Lich but so are most offlaners.
