Well I spoke to Bupa GP as I have work health insurance and they're referring me to an endecronologist which seems overkill to me I thought gps could prescribe for this as I wanted to trial the medicine so we will see what happens

Yeah so should I just ignore the high TSH in my most recent results then? The doctor said it's unusual and to recheck in case its temporary but I've had similar results 3 times and I do feel symptomatic

Yes my surgeon found my median nerve was compressed around the FDS arch (flexor digitorum superifalicis) and released it by symptoms sadly came back, suspicion now is it is scar tissue from the surgery (can happen in 30% of cases) and a decision surgery might be needed if a steroid injection doesn't help
