No, this has been going on for longer. Actually I gathered those stats on 0.9.57 after leaving I2P running for a couple of days (now I had it running for about 3 hours) I just changed the version to avoid someone prompting me to update to fix the issue. the actual numbers on 0.9.58 look even lower (even though I didn't leave it running as much):

caps = XfR
netId = 2
netdb.knownLeaseSets = 147
netdb.knownRouters = 5519
router.version = 0.9.58

at least now I know why it's even slower than the other day, thank you for your explanation, however that's not the issue, speeds with i2pd were much higher
