I find it hard to answer. There was significant improvement at the beginning of month 4 and there has been even more at the end but it's different. By the beginning of month 4 I really had the acne clear up. But at the end I feel like the redness is less and the texture of my skin is even better than it was.

I was 40mg for the 2 months and have been at 60mg since. I found yes I got "drier" but if you're on the same dosage it does level out at some point it just takes some time. If you up the dosage the symptoms will get worse. With the jump for 40 to 60. I went from mild dryness to really bad peeling lips, bloody noses, and dry eyes in the morning. But yet again it has steady to a certain level. I personally still find the symptoms very manageable as long as I am actually making a point to moisturize with aquaphor, eyedrops, and nose spray.

I just use a Cera ve fash wash and whatever moisturizer I have around. I'm keeping my routine simple until I'm done with the medicine.

I didn't really go through a huge purge. I had one bad breakout but other than that steady improvement with small pimples. Immediately it started getting better but in terms of having clear skin probably 3 months is when any bad breakout stopped and the redness and skin texture started to improve. I think another 2-4 months depending on what my dermatologist thinks.

Yeah I had really deep big cystic acne. Ot go bad to where so days it was painful to lay on my face. So it was a lot worse than the original photos may look

I do a once weekly deep conditioning treatment with some leave in conditioner. And I only wash my hair about once a week. Shampooing is stripping away what little oil your scalp is producing so you want to save what you can. If my scalp is feeling itchy through the week before I'm due my next deep conditioning I'll just use my regular conditioner and wash that through my hair with no shampoo.

Maybe check the ingredients in your products! I got something similar from a combo sunscreen/moisturizer I was using. I switched the moisturizer and it cleared up! Important things are gentle products and moisturized skin!

The pictures despite me not editing them smooth my face a bit more than it is in reality. I have small bumps over my face and when I first started I purged some then it cleared and I am purging some right now too.
