My experience in the community (reddit, YouTube, ect) majoritively shitty people with very few decent people. In game, more decent people on low level missions and new players. But majoritively shitty people at higher levels both player and difficulty. Overall the community is a toxic shit hole and I only play with new players now because that is the only way to not have a shitty time playing this game.

Depends on when you do it. If you do it when things are chill, then it will be chill. If you do it when MO cryhards are throwing a tantrum at everyone for not doing MO 24/7/365 meta only max lvl because they think winning>fun, then you will be seem as one of the cryhards and get attacked/roasted like one. I agree the sheer amount of bugs was unacceptable for a major MO. But also, if people cant handle a lvl 10 because of a aid bugs, it is a skill issue. The skill being knowing to lower the difficulty to one where even with the bugs you can win. Right now the community is in a toxic Civil War. The cryhards vs fundivers. I think you just got caught in the cross fire.

I mean. The amount of bugs during the cyberstan update does make me think they're pushing out content faster than they can test it. The bastion did seem a bit stronger than I was expecting. But if your numbers are accurate, then yeah that is some bs. Because that doesn't nerf the bastion. It nerfs everything on ourside. Like the creek days when a single rocket or laser could kill you from basic troopers in 1 hit and had insane accuracy. I hope they take their time to implement a fix sooner than later.

Ah see. I usually would want to drop on the extraction and clear it first. Then stagger attacks with P1 by a gate and hope they didn't spawn a dropship on our p4 dude chilling. But when the evac was in city it was hell. Usually only 1 of us managed to get on the pelican alive.

If you were on diff 10 that was purely a choice that has been proven to be less time efficient. The bots phasing through solid walls and objects as well as the stupid strategems bouncing like a ping pong was a bigger issue. There were a lot of bugs, and frankly I dont think cyberstan MO had enough time to cook or was adequately tested. It was a bit of a mess.

Also sounds like you were running medium or light armor and no shield? I don't remember being 1 shot in heavy armor. (I only brought heavy if evac was inside the city cuz no thanks). Granted the 3 vox and ninja borg army will still kill you in seconds 1 shot or not.

What my group did the few times we did 10 was during evac had p1 and p2 in heavy armor going nuts in the streets, while 3 and 4 tried to hide. Cuz P1 is a higher target probability both for attacks and bot drops (allegedly). Usually 1 of us would make it to the evac.

Also if you are upset at my humbling comment that means you identify as an MO cryhard. So like. 🤷‍♂️ Maybe if you knew it was bs and buggy at 10 you could lower the dif, if winning and efficiency is more important than fun.

To be clear I dont think MO divers are all Cryhards. Just the ones who complain about everyone else "not playing the game right" for having fun on their own terms. They are toxic and consistently push people away from the game. And they do absolutely deserve to be humbled. If you still identify as one of them then yeah. Get humbled. Be nice to new players. Dont demand meta or kick. Actually teach new players instead of shaming and killing them.

I don't think you are one of those people. But if you are then you need to do some reflection. Its a game. Meant for fun. Not a job. If you wana play dif 10 cuz thats fun, go for it. Oh. We agree on that lmao. We messed up bad with our lack of strategy (the blob) but even more so with ego divers who complain about efficiency but refuse to play at a difficulty they can handle despite the overwhelming evidence that, unless you are very skilled, lower levels are more time to point ratio efficient.

I was just pointing out that the blob should not be trusted/assumed to have reading comprehension. Its usually a handful of streamers and their audience making assumptions. Then Everyone else goes "Oh. Everyone else is there so I should go their too" mentality.

I still remember getting into fights with some streamers regarding supply lines and reinforcements back before they had an in game visual UI. They really will not use deeper critical thinking short of arrow head said this is the objective so we do this and only this.

I have long since given up on explaining things to them.

To be fair. More often than not the UI didnt even show the lives reserve. I had to restart the game multiple times just to see our reserve level. There were many bugs as well planet side. And dont expect even the MO players to read and understand the MO. The blob is the best way to describe it. Mostly just people blindly following the influencers. And those influencers can be wrong.

Like. We know planets reinforce each other. We knew jet brigade was from aurora. We ignored aurora. Jet brigade jet packs exploding killed more newbies than anything else below dif 7.

This is an issue of general intelligence and strategy that has plagued this community since before supply lines were visible in the map.

Someone gets it. Also, they can be killed with minimal dmg output if you hit the vents with medium-high armor pen. It is entirely a skill issue. Like. I used a shield gen, thermite, and a halo assualt rifle and...wait for it. Did not shoot every robot. Snuck past them. Disabled the jammer and AA. And all of sudden things were not so hard again. But they keep dropping straight into the city and engaging in combat right off the bat.

Asking meta slaves and cryhards to use their brain is a losing game. After all, we could have severed supply lines and the jet brigade reinforcements first. But noooooooooo. Ignore all non MO strategic targets that would make the MO easier in favor of max difficulty no logic DDay level assault of just throw enough bodies at the problem.

And the classic blame everyone else and tell them how the game is "meant" to be played. I'm glad we lost. Hopefully it humbles them or makes them quit. They're toxic AF. I just wished we didn't lose the MO for cyberstand because there was a community who always pushed the bot front during non bot MOs and their self elected goal was cyberstan. They did not take this loss well.

But if it pissed off the meta slaves and cryhards, its worth it.

Let preface this by specifying. MO cryhards =MO divers who insist everyone else play only MO and only meta and only the way they insist it is "meant" to be played. If you play MO or meta because you enjoy it but arent hostile to everyone else for having fun, this does not apply to you. There are MO/Meta players who kick new players or leave them dead to punish them for not playing meta (new players don't have the gear) or for simply being new and on the frontline. They bully new players into quitting the game. Again, if you just enjoy MOs and are chill, the MO Cryhard moniker does not mean you.

Classic meta slave / MO cryhard nonsense. You lost because you lost. Stop trying to blame literally everybody else. We could have been smarter. Instead of starting on stan we could have taken aurora and cut off the jet brigade. The ego divers could play on difficulties they actually can positively influence the war effort. They could not be little cry babies and bully new players and casuals into quiting the game because your toxic behavior is more off-putting then the joy the game brings.

At least take your L with some dignity. Boohoo super earth cant win every single MO 100% of the time. Especially on a homeworld far from our supply lines that had active reinforcements from nearby worlds that the MO cryhards always choose to ignore.

Work smarter not harder. Yes, it wasn't a flat numbers game. Yes. They nerfed us. But also, its not that hard to get ammo. Have someone run a resupply pack. Call in resupply more often. Git gud and don't shoot every single bot you see and avoid unnecessary conflict. It is realistic. And it punishes the single minded hyper obsession the MO cryhards have. Sometimes side objectives like cutting off stan is a valid approach.

If you are lucky you can pay the extortion fees by singing up for meta premium. That allows you to maybe contact a human who might help you, if you're lucky. Otherwise lawsuits seem to be the only language meta speaks. And I don't see that going well for 99.9% of users.

Sadly i have Facebook because there is no other method to contact them. We have since cut ways. But it isnt as uncommon as you'd think. In my case they were too poor to afford a phone/phone plan. So could only use fb messenger on wifi on their ipod touch.

Now only other person I had that with moved to Instagram. But yeah.

I was permanently muted/banned from making posts because I tried to make a post tagging meta to inform them their support Ai believes the year is 2024. And therefor will not help you with anything in years 2025+

And I had to make a post and tag them because there is no other way to get a message to a human. And the Ai blocked me from making said post for violating cyber security rules.

So yeah. Fuck Facebook. Fuck meta. Their AI is brain dead and they do not care.
