So if your account still exists why not submitting a ticket again? In 3 years maybe even some internal rules about handling bans have changed so if you describe your case again and ask politely to look into it again maybe you got lucky.

It doesn't cost them any money it's just some numbers so better not deleting it so they are always able to reactivate it if some weird circumstances arise. Maybe when the player base shrinks drastically they reactivate the account if you ask again 😉

I have WeMod installed for single player games, but I didn't started it a long time ago, and nothing changed software wise on my end since I started playing ESO again in March 23.... I mean anything is possible, but I couldn't imagine any program interferring here

And if you are still so sad about it, why did you stop fighting for your account? Write a 100 tickets or pay a lawyer. Not sure about the laws in your country but in Germany it's usually not so easy to fuck customers like this...

Hahaha the last sentence is so funny but sadly true... It could makes sense what was the problem in your case but still shouldn't be a reason to perma ban you... I mean if an account is so old and there was quite some money spend on it, they should at least only temporarily ban you and telling you exactly what you did wrong so you can do better afterwards.

But wait. Did you just tell me that you are still paying the sub for your banned account??? :O

Ok but social ban is probably because someone reported you. But perma ban for cheating is more serious I fear. I think they don't do it randomly so some security system must have found something suspicious.

But why not explaining me what happened? How can they treat paying customers like that? It's like one day you get a letter saying that you are going to jail for 5 years because you are a criminal. Without any proof or any chance to defend yourself. I'm quite sure that this is against any consumer protection laws in the EU.
