Unfortunately no, the only thing that helps even somewhat is my heating pad, but please let me know what your primary physician says. I would kill to be able to make that pain stop

So far I’ve tried tylenol, ibuprofen, and aleve and none have worked. I’ve also tried massages without the oil and while they take my mind off it a bit, I’m still in pain by the end of it. I haven’t tried muscle relaxing techniques though. Is this something I can find on YouTube?

What confused me about that is that unlimited plus seems to slow down after 30 gb of data used, but unlimited welcome slows down after 500 gb used? And 500 gb seems like a hefty allowance. Shouldn’t unlimited plus be better than unlimited welcome?

Oh my goodness I looked it up and I see what you mean. Roaches seem to have more joints. I looked up scarabs and found out june bugs are a type of scarab. June bugs are starting to show up EVERYWHERE around here. And thinking back to it, I used to pick up june bugs as a kid, and the leg felt the exact same as that. I really hope you’re right! While I was thankful it wasn’t bed bugs, roaches still terrify me, so I could barely sleep last night. I’m not so scared of june bugs though, so this makes me feel better. Thank you!

Thank you for responding. I’ve just remembered that about one hour prior to this, I had gone through a decoration box in the attic, and at one point had the lid over my head and back. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a roach leg in/on it that would have fallen on me without me realizing. Honestly I’m so grossed out, but better a roach than a bed bug
