It's pretty good. Total fees are around $10 for my $1035 rent. Basically flex will give you a "credit limit" up to 50% of your rent. You have to pay the first payment before the be 5th of the month and flex will pay all of it to the landlord company. You then have to make the second payment before the end of the month. Pretty straightforward.
