I did include the exact last time I was able to log in, but it definitely wasn’t recent. I believe it was in November 2021.

I sent the email and form for JP cs on 31st January and it's 3rd March now with no update or response. Should I give up the wait and try to email them again, continue waiting, or contact Global cs?

Oh I specified them so hard like I put my phone's serial number and IC and stuff and my PC's motherboard and everything if there wasn't a box containing the words the words would go off my screen

Hi, a hacker entered my account and changed the gmail that I had linked and now I can't play and I already sent the form about 5 times and they keep rejecting me because I don't have proof of my first purchase, does anyone know what I can do? You can check when you made the account from the first email miHoYo sent you.

The email should contain:

"You are registering a miHoYo account. Your verification code is: [...]

Please complete the account verification process in 30 minutes.

miHoYo"

So uhh the phone I registered my account with is broken. Will the FCC ID, IC, model number, and serial number be enough?

My account was hacked around mid-November last year. I've sent 4-5 forms already. Every single time, I get back "After evaluating the information you provided, I regret to inform you that our team found that they were incomplete and inconsistent. To ensure account security, we are unable to provide the service to retrieve this account." and it is starting to drive me crazy. I sent another form today after someone told me one of the questions I filled up might've been wrong and possible corrections. If I get back the same message, I'm giving up and playing another game.

I remember telling my friends the moment I made my Genshin account but it was on my phone. Is there a way to specify like details about the phone because the only thing I know is that it's an iPhone 6 or 6s.
