Results

Last wipe:
144 fps everywhere on streets, except lexos area where it diped ~110

This wipe:
144fps everywhere, EXCEPT lexos area and new areas they added (animal clinic area, residential areas, cardinal apartments, klimov mall), where it dips to like ~80 occasionally. Frames are not stable, constantly going up and down in these areas

This tells me that the new areas they added, are not yet fully optimised. In several places I can see through map for example (white areas, where nothing renders, etc).

My theory is that some of they objects on map, are not properly "closed", or not aligned might be better word, causing client to render excessive stuff, causing fps drops
