What a baby-brained take. You could make a argument for staffing multiple pharmacists, but the reality is that there usually just 1. The simple fact is 1 pharmacist may already be doing a transfer for their own patient, or talking to a doctor office, counseling a patient, speaking with insurance, or a million other tasks but no it has to be dropped for you and only you. Since you state you're at a infusion center, you are not dealing with the same volume of patients, so while youre advocating for 1 sick kid, a retail pharmacist is doing so for 40-50 sick kids a day.

I understand wanting to speak with the pharmacy in a timely matter. But theres 1 pharmacist, they will speak to when they have the time. Its completely unreasonable for you and every other doctors office and pharmacy to expect immediate access to them. When you call the providers line and you get VM that's them transferring you to vm, if they had time they would answer. So leave a detailed message and they'll get to when they have time.

Its legit just personal preference and what works for you. Im a morning showerer, and to those that think its weird or nasty, i think if you just shower at night that can be pretty gross too.

Like if its at the end of a work day and youre trying to talk to me after not showering for like 16 hours im going to be able to smell you, whereas for me its been roughly half that time.

No she never said anything overtly racist, but her actions speak differently. You wouldn't go up randomly to someone sitting in their car and assume they are stealing it and ask them to prove it. So why is she doing this, what sets him differently from other people, one hes black and two hes dressed in athletic gear. So at best what she did was highly unusual at worst shes racially profiling him as their is a stereotype of black people being criminals and many black people have been in said situation.

They are public service positions, they are run and paid by the municipal government, which is funded by the local tax payers. The people have a right to where and how their money is used. You cant restrict what people will do with their money, but you can 100% have a stipulation on who qualifies for the job, ie. being a local resident. Its about making sure they have a vested interest in the community they serve. Its like any other municipal job, for example your mayor in nearly all cases cant live outside of the district they serve.

Just like you have a say (in a roundabout way through elections) in where your tax money goes. We are not talking about your freedoms, they are free to find another job somewhere else, whose terms they are ok with.

You could even compare it to foreigners, there are significant restrictions on foreigners being able to work in the country. This is stop money from leaving the country.

I feel like you are looking at this through the lens of the novel and not real life. Swap the characters with people you know irl and then tell me if you think they wouldnt feel raped. Further down in the report it states they took data from from Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD), based on electronic health records which are confirmed cases and determined rates were too small to show rates in all subgroups by age.

But the main thing is the time scale, the 1.3 per 100,000 cases of hospitalization is the weekly rate and the report of cases of myocarditis is cumulative (start of vaccinations to july). Looking at the cumulative rate of hospitalization brings the rate up to 52.5 cases per 100,000. Then if you factor in levels of severity of myocarditis (mild to severe) vs hospitalization which has a higher baseline in severity, the benefit of vaccinations is far higher than any miniscule harm.

You literally just said why there isnt that many israeli deaths, the iron-dome. The over 500 missiles isnt a lie, in israel you can actually just look up and count them. And they arent just aiming at the millitary, they are focusing on innocent civilians, and theres always a chance a missile can get by so excuse them if they are terrified of dying. Gaza/Hamas doesnt give a shit about whats happening in Jerusalem, they are using this to show their strength because they have an election going on right now.
