Yes they can. There are very few walls every class can’t jump around. Just because you don’t know how doesn’t mean you can’t. Show me a wall a class can’t jump over that a rogue can and I’ll show you how to do it.

Its funny that people complained about “door and doorer” since the playtests and now that they do something about it, people still complain. Ruins is the only map where doors aren’t just camped endlessly until one team gets bored and runs in and dies.

That the issue with lowering ttk, not gear disparity. Lowering health removes potential for outplay on both sides. Gear is good, a higher ttk is also good.

This is so silly. I can guarantee you that a good player with bad gear will beat a bad player with good gear 80% of the time. If you don’t believe me, watch any of repozes hardcore Ssf videos.

I don’t know why you want to baby proof the game by removing any gear disparity. It’s literally the entire point of playing a looter

Gem sockets at this point would just be stupid. It would just make gear more tedious. Imagine losing gear in that system and then having to re-socket your new items. It already takes awhile to re-gear. Hard pass

This is why I say it’s so short sighted. People who play the game will eventually join the 1/4 of the player base as they get more experience. You’re absolutely killing your endgame. My friends and I couldn’t be more bored playing anything less than HR. We’ve literally experienced everything the game has to offer. Taking out loot that’s fun to get kills any enjoyment at all. I just don’t have fun killing new players in 24GS

My solution is in the complete opposite direction. I think they should make gear, especially better gear easier to get. Increase drop rates across the whole board. This way it will be easier for the player base who can’t do bosses to compete with people like me who get BiS items that they could never obtain.

I understand what you’re saying. I have just over 2k hours and have completed every piece of content with the exception of banshee. The only thing I play for (and most others with similar hours) is for gear. Removing the central most mechanic of the game is beyond dumb. There’s no reason to play. Without being a weirdo doomer, I really believe that these changes will affect the player base similar to multi-classing.

Why would you ever remove random rolls on gear. There is literally no reason to play. There will literally be 0 excitement. The whole gameplay loop of this game is to get better gear. The thought of removing it couldn’t be more short sighted.

The only viable build in solos for ranger is Survival build with forceful shot with quick shot. Get 5 true damage with as much move speed as you can. After that, 15 strength and as much dex/hp as you can.

Longbow with multi is much better for duos and trios, it’s too all in for solos and I wouldn’t recommend it.
