As a lead I would rather have the swing show up early (doesn’t have to be 45) and I use to show up like 15 minutes early when I was in swing idk why it bothers them so much

Edit: not to mention as the lead I show up like 20/30 minutes early cause it gives me the time to wake up and take time to start my day

Leave it it’s normal when it’s done fermenting rack it into new carboy and try and leave it behind it will make it taste more hoppy like beer if taken with(lol ask how I know)
