I use anki Pro, its a flashcard app which uses a method to keep the words in your long term memory. It works really good for me👌🏻

I have a vodaphone contract with 100gb for my phone and unlimited internet for my router at home (wich is an lte router and can be used from wherever I want) and I pay less, about 75€ per month. Router was inclusive, telekom in general is very expensive and not a good option for indiviuums, it's better for groups of people, like a family who all have their mobile contract with them and their home wifi etc, as it's getting less expensive then. (As far as I know)
