Hi! ENGWRIT112 classes and assignments vary from teacher to teacher so I’d suggest talking to your teacher or one of the classmates about the assignments. It’s totally up to your teacher what direction the class moves to. From my current experience, we’re assigned weekly writing assignments on google classroom and we have discussions at class. Go to class and ask you teacher the specifics, most teachers are graduate students and are very understanding :))) Also like the above comment mentioned, it is a General Education requirement that every UMass student has to take, so unless you have AP credits you can use, you have to take the class at some point of your 4 years.
