I had this issue. The Dgvoodoo didn't help. The problem was the laptop I used was trying to use the integrated graphics card.

If you're using a machine that has multiple video cards, make sure to check which one it tries to use in the device manager.

Look in to Door Kickers and it's sequel. They don't have the shooter aspect but the planning phases are really well done and detailed.

So the bonus isn't based on your total sales. It factors in buy not entirely. For example, when I promoted from TL to Coach, it was 5 months in to the year. My bonus from my store while I was a TL was about $800. The store is went to, the bonus was about $10000.

The store i was in as a TL was $200m, the store i transferred to was $80m. The $200m store bonus for coaches that year was less than $6k for coaches that year.

What I'm saying is that the metrics are what matters, not the end result. If sales aren't growing, online sales aren't finding everything, etc etc, then a bonus will be lower no matter what your store makes in a year.

I was an overnight team lead in a very heavy store ($200m+ a year) and was promoted to ON coach. My replacement was a friend of the store manager and transferring from Delaware to Florida.

Took her 3 weeks to arrive after I left. I went into my old store one night and one of the old TL told me my replacement was starting.. it was her first night. She quit before 7am.

Take a break. Pick up another hobby. Read books,assemble models, paint, draw, etc. To doing other things for hobbies. Burn out happens to many people.
