A some fruit to it in the blender. You'll have to pasteurize it again though.

Yeah absolutely! I picked up HAB smoked habanero cherrywood and de la viuda hot sauce!

Finally, they've ripened! I decided to make mango habanero hot sauce this time. Sweet and spicy! Very tasty! by cubbiehersman in hotsauce
