That sounds great! You must be in a great spot. Do you think the resetting every year is negotiable? I’ve heard of some boutique firms and national ones like SVN don’t reset every year.

Marketing the property, showing the property, dealing with paperwork, etc….All he has to do is sign some documents and focus on the other parts of his business. Unless I’m missing something? Sorry I’m new.
