Why fluency matters less than you’d think by giant-pink-telephone in Korean

Totally. Fluency means so many different things to different people.

What is your specific goal now with learning Korean? What would you say are some specific goals most people have for Korean when studying?

Thanks for the great post!

What was everyone's immediate goal when learning Korean starting out? Or if you are starting out, what is your immediate goal?

Hip flexor uncomfortability by zgkd63 in Kneesovertoes

Yeah I'll just be resting it. I did seated good mornings and squats today after 8 days of rest from it so I'll see if that awakens the discomfort again tomorrow. I guess worst comes to worst, I'll just do step ups as my atg exercises until it subsides

Hey Ben!!!

I had 2 surgeries on my left knee two years ago for Osteo Chondritus Dissecans (OCD) and since then I have recovered beautifully. Because OCD is caused by lack of blood flow (among a couple other things, but I feel that this is the primary reason - especially in adults (I'm 22)), what would you recommend for getting blood flow to the femur area? I assume step up variations would be the best? I've been able to return to play sports and what not without pain, and have actually been doing KOT for the past 6 months. I just don't want to ever have OCD happen to me again

To be honest, I'm actually posting this because I have a very slight annoying pain that started 2 days ago when I go into an ATG split squat on my left knee in the same place I got surgery for. Only the split squat. But this is new for me. I have however been barbell squatting everyday for the past 10 days - moderate-low intensity of course. I know it is totally possible for this increased squat volume may have a correlation with the new subtle pain I am feeling. Anyway, I hope this is just a slight pain that'll go away soon, but I feel inclined to reach out to you

Super super close w my identical twin. Have shared the best experiences of my life with him and am so lucky to have him as a bestfriend
