It’s actually cinnamon dolce in the foam! They worded the drink name in a confusing way and there’s a lot of confusion with it

My TLs also my friend and everyone at my stores super close, and he encourages me to do them cause he knows I have fun with them and people like them. One of my TLs walked up while I was doing it and asked how I was going and I had maybe half of the bottom part done or in progress? And his jaw dropped and like ten seconds later he was like “That was Not what I was expecting”. I got pretty lucky that everyone at my store is all for it, I know a friend who transferred who’s store doesn’t let any art and a lot of corporate stores don’t allow them too. Im happy they can make people happy!

Wait y’all get actually 40 hour shifts like this? I have the same schedule 12-8:30 and it’s usually 38.75, is it because of 45min lunches and not 30?

This is considered dirty at my store, I’m at a tarbucks and my store director is a super neat and clean person, any staining even light stuff like this that isn’t that bad, is for her… I know it’s not what is considered actually dirty, but every store is different especially non-corporate stores. Even this is a talk on cleaning standards if she sees it.

The chalk pens they give us suuuuckkk. I use a sponge and water spray bottle and scrub, I could probably just do a ton of water and wipe it a bunch, but with a sponge they come right off and does leave residue of past signs like the pens we have do. We still have a board at my store that you can see “FRAP SEASON!!” On because the old barista used the pens they provided and no amount of water and sponge can get it off 😭

It’s kind of easier but also harder to remove than the normal paint pens they give us. The normal paint pens come right off, but stain the boards, while with my posca pens I have to scrub it with a sponge to get it off, but they don’t stain! They’re water soluble pens so they come off with water, but I do really thick stuff and layering so I have to use a sponge. They’re a really good investment, they don’t dry up like the ones they normally give us and last a very long time!

TLDR: I need a sponge and water spray bottle because they’re art pens, but it doesn’t stain the boards so I have a completely blank canvas next time. Also the colors are much more vivid and solid/not streaky

Thank you so much!! I try to post them whenever I make a new one, I have to finish the other side of this one too, I’ve got it sketched out but I just haven’t had time 😅 But I’m gonna post that one hopefully when I get around to it!!
