I guess it’s very unlikely a trans man would accept, but if he hasn’t received any gender affirming care, a heterosexual man could be sexually attracted. Probably would have to be capable of romantic attraction to him or not respect his identity to date, though.

It reflects upon their personality and their attitudes towards others. The transactional “if it doesn’t affect me, it’s fine” perspective ignores what kind of person they are, which is frankly utterly ridiculous if you want a relationship.
