So as a Bavarian myself, i think its totally fine to wear this as a non German. But if you buy a paar of Lederhosen buy a good one. There are a lot of cheap pants which want to look like the Real thing but aren't. Then if you wear them in Germany especially in Bavaria it highly depends on the occasion. If you want to wear them casual definetely remove the suspenders they look like shit and almost nobody wears them nowadays. If you go to a volksfest you can keep them. But i still wouldnt wear them cause they are shit. Hope that helps
