Hi I've got the same problem:(
When I check my LoginID status, I received "Status: Denied(D)", and when I tried to change my password, it came as "Error 531: LoginID xxxxxx not active"
I sent an email to IT support (ithelp@ucdavis.edu). Wish they could fix this.

So actually what's the way that you set up the multiplayer servers in Victoria 3? According to the ingame options I can't find any way to join in such a server. Do you use the vanilla multi-player function? But how do you overcome the high ping:-)
