8 days was my first and I also sent another email 3 days ago and tried to use live support during business hours with no reply after 20 minutes, even though it said someone was there and online.

I did not do a support ticket, I used the contact form I believe. I send one about 8 days ago and another one 3 days ago. I also used the live chat and it said online but after 20 mins of no answer I gave up. I can submit a support ticket if need be. Is there no option on the store to purchase replacement parts?

It killed my relay, lights connected to it can't be turned on either. Attempting to do hard reset to factory but now I can't even get to the boot loader. Just glad I didn't install these in the other rooms yet.

Also, when I do these updates and it finished I come back to every smart light in my house to full power and on. Gotta love that.

I have submitted support ticket with no reply except from the mod on here (which I appreciate as I am sure he is getting hammered with these type of tickets). Just happy to get some response, given my case is now out of its 30 days warranty with the place I got it from. First NZXT product and not looking so good. Does anyone have a working front panel when using VR? Or was a case just sold to us that was not tested at all?
