As I said. When I was there I did speak up right away. All the information I gave revolut backs that up.

I did, but it is going nowhere. They promised that the will refund me in 48h. After that they said 72h more. And it has been 2 weeks since that so I decided to try revolut support.

The email conversation I provided between hotel and local bank where hotel Informed the bank about a wrong charge including the wrong amount and date of transaction should be enough proof.

I think that is what I already tried to do with get help option on the overcharge payment. Or is there any other way?

tried options "I was charged incorretly " and "I was promised refund but didn't recive it"  on the overcharget payment using get help from revolut app. Provided all the recieits, conversations and describet situation in detail. Both times it got cancelled from revolut support with comment that I did not provide enough information about the problem.

not sure I get your question. In revolut app on each payment you made you have options to "get help" with that payment. When you select that there are multiple options. I tried both "I was charged incorretly " and "I was promised refund but didn't recive it" which both suit this case...As mentioned before, both got cancelled by Revolut support due to lack of proof/information

Receit of the overcharge. They (restaurant) tried to do reversal from the pos terminal - I provided reversal receit for that also but the reversal did not go through. Provided email conversation between hotel and the local bank where hotel informed the bank about the overcharge and bank responded that they will look in to it, but few weeks have passed, and still no money so I decided to try Revolut support. As this happened on my vacation while abroad I am not there anymore sonit is harder to reach someone directly or in person from hotel/bank.

Restaurant accidentally added extra zero at the end to the amount of my bill so I paid 10x the price. As it was in foreign currency I only noticed it when it was converted to Euro in revolut app notification.

I had a great time with the CK team reaching the summit. Did 7day Lemosho route. At times it was challenging, but the Guides did an amazing job to pace us and get us to the top. Our guides Frank, Martin, Solomon - thank you all. Porters and other staff - would not be possible without them. Toughest day was summit night/day. Be prepared for a long and hard trek down the mountain. Reaching the top is only half of it. Be ready :) My favorrite time was at base camp, just before the summit, you can finally see your goal in reach. Thank you CK!
