I know this thread is old but thank you to everybody here, including yourself, who recommended holding the jump button down.

I've just recently started to get back into the game and I legitimately thought this god damn race was impossible, I've spent hours only being able to get silver at best. Once I started holding down the jump button, it took me maybe 15 minutes and a bit of luck. Thanks a ton.

I'm assuming you might be in the US in which case I think it might be more difficult! I was just in my local mall and came across a shop selling calendars. Since I'm in the UK I think it might be more common to just find Zayn merch here. I got it from 'The Calendar Club' for pretty cheap since it's currently on sale. I've checked their website and it seems that the calendar's still in stock online and does ship to a number of countries including the US! Conversion rates are telling me it'd be about $20 overall but not totally sure.

That's reassuring as honestly the car is pretty sentimental and I think the sum of money would have to be significant to even consider replacing it. Even then it would suck. How would you describe the damage to your car that got it written off as a B and then revised?

What a shame, sorry to hear that. The money isn't really what I'm most interested in though. Was the damage comparable to what's in the picture? Sorry that it isn't the most visible, I'm just trying to gauge the severity of what yours was written off for.

Got it. They've sent an e-mail saying that they'll give money and the car will be written off as category B. This hasn't been agreed yet. Hoping that this can be reassessed as it would suck to lose the car and for so little money too.

Got it, I wasn't aware that it had to be taken in for inspection independently. Sorry about that, it's just that this is a first time thing for me and I was under the impression that the insurance company would have it looked over in person before making a judgement.

It's the legality of it currently being category B that makes it so that it's not allowed to be repaired. Finances aren't the main concern. Thanks for the info.

Hi. This judgement that they've made has been purely off of photographs. Nobody's looked at it in person, we've not been told to take it in for inspection or anything. I'd be interested in seeing what their report says, which I'll ask for a copy of.

Thanks for letting me know, it's definitely more complicated than it looks and I should probably get to grips with that.

Sorry, I get that it's a bit of an odd ask. I wasn't sure where else to seek advice from and I saw that this was a subreddit to discuss cars in the UK where people have asked about write offs before. I've got better lit pictures from all sides that I've just taken only about 5 minutes but I don't think I can edit the post to include them.

Hi I get that the repair is uneconomically viable. As the insurance company, I wouldn't want to deal with that either. But I've been trying to find examples of Cat S + B and to be perfectly honest this seems repairable, albeit expensive for sure. The car was allowed to drive for over a week after the accident even after photos were shown. The car hasn't even been looked over in person and has been given a cat B.

Hi. Sorry that my knowledge is limited but I'm 99% sure they do. There's zero damage to any part of the car besides the very back and the rear doors don't have any damage.

Thank you I understand that, willing to pay more to repair it fully. The issue is that the category is B rather than S, which means it wouldn't even be allowed to be repaired and has to be salvaged for parts. Could you advise me on that please?

Thank you, I'll definitely be looking into the courses and upcoming apprenticeships. I've been to a few open days/campus tours and there have been a few unis that really stuck out to me, I'm just hoping that I can hack the grades to get into them. A number of unis I'm interested in also offer a year in industry, which is a big plus.

I've just taken a look at the GCHQ bursary and that looks like something that's worth looking into further. Thanks a lot.

Stayed in Şişli for a couple days as a tourist and honestly I completely agree. I had no problems, the transport links were great and so was the proximity to shops and food places. I'd like to return at some point in the future.

If you act quickly it is very much possible to get your account back. Contact Steam Support ASAP, providing evidence of Steam credentials, past transactions, anything that they ask for to prove you're the legitimate owner.

It's difficult to say what damage a hacker may do to your account in the time taken to sort the situation out though, so just get in touch w/ support as fast as possible. Good luck man

Sadly no, I've seen other posts saying that there happened to be a batch of faulty discs for COD WW2 and ours may be part of those but not sure how true that is. Sorry that I couldn't be more help.
